McDonald's in Dortmund

Today I tried a signature citizen with Bacon BBC for the first time. Is not recommended . Meat too dry and too little sauce. And that for over 7 euros. Then do it yourself ......

All good. Modern Mcdonalds. Tastes delicious

Food was ready quickly even though it was very full. However, the large fries were only half filled, which is kind of incorrect.

Delicious fast food products. It's really great what this branch can do. Always friendly, tasty and fresh.

Despite the flu wave and a lot of traffic jams in the McDrive, processed quickly and in a friendly manner. Taste in the usual quality! Gladly again. The proximity to the main street is top notch! Just drive off and you're there.

Never again. Attention, check immediately otherwise you will be missing something. Cashier rude and listless at work. Managing director rude too! Visited the shop on December 9th, 2020 at around 8 p.m. Never again ???

A normal Mcces. Sometimes you have to wait a long time at lunchtime.

This is awesome place. Chicken Nagget Citizen with very little salad (see picture) The seller said to me this is normal with us. So ash there.

Some workers don't speak German very well. Citizens mostly ok for such cheap products. Sometimes the "quality" leaves a lot to be desired.

Today my daughter and I were served by a very nice young woman, she greeted us and gave us a beautiful smile several times. Not a posed smile because your employer demands it, but a real friendly smile. She gave us the impression that she loves her job and dealing with people / customers. The shift supervisor and the lady at the issuing office were also very friendly. To be honest, we haven't been served at Mc Donald's for a long time. By the way, the food was fresh and hot. You should also bring very positive things to the man or woman. Thanks alot

We had been looking forward to breakfast for weeks and we were excited. The breakfast was delicious until we wanted to order a second helping, then I lost my appetite when we were told that the bread was empty and that at a time when breakfast was only in full swing. We left the mc Donalds hungry and went to the competition. It's a shame that no breakfast is offered at breakfast times.

I may have had a bad day. French fries not cooked, burger lukewarm. It wasn't great for me.

not good at all. It was super full, only one cash register, 2 terminals were only available from the 4th man could only order to take away. but wanted to eat on site. covid 19 distance zero. No note or other for notification in an emergency wegenncovid 19. It wasn't pleasant.

Things were forgotten when ordering. The burger looked chaotic, everything was mixed up and cold, the fries were lukewarm, my husband and I went there again and then got the food again, but you would have to pay more attention to what the order was because you don't go there every time could ... Was very dissatisfied a shame ...

A good MC Donalds. Only the staff is a little slower than in other branches. I was here at lunchtime on a normal weekday and it was very busy and we had to wait a while. Otherwise the food tasted like you are used to from MC Donalds. I can't fault the cleanliness either. With less waiting time it would have given five stars.

Hand wash liquid in toilet was just water, just like the hygiene liquid at the entrance and all these are happening in corona time!

I am sure you all know about McDonald's food so not gonna tell you what to expect. What impressed me most about the this place were the toilets, unbelievably clean for a public place

So I came from not knowing any german to having an english speaking employee serve me and he gave us great customer service. Would recommend and food was great

Trash they cant communicate at all

Disgusting service. Called in to check if my lost keys were there from miles away, they denied even answering me, saying "no telefone, come in" over and over again while I only asked them just to check if it's there.

No halal options to choose from, therefore this one star, I'm sorry. Love Halal McDonald's elsewhere I've eaten from, in different countries.
